Terms

Last updated: 23 October 2026. These terms cover an order for an AI-made clip. They are written in plain English. If something is unclear, write to us before you order.

Who we are and what we sell

Firestarter Dance is the seller. It is an independent site run by an independent developer in Japan, not affiliated with Riot Games, K/DA, any artist, label, platform or AI provider. You order an AI-made video clip of one trend, the vogue solo from FIRESTARTER, from one photo you upload. The clip is generated with the standard model (Wan 3.0) or, if you choose it, the Premium model (Seedance 2.5 by ByteDance), and delivered as an MP4 on this site. You pay for each clip with one payment. There is no subscription and no free trial.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live. You may not use the service for or on behalf of anyone under 18, and you may not upload photos of anyone under 18.

No account

No account needed: checkout asks only for your email and payment details. There is no sign-in.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. A clip is one payment. Card details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout page and never reach our server. No tax is added at checkout today. A clip paid by card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) is generated only after Stripe confirms the payment. The payment link works for 2 hours. If you do not pay, the clip order expires after 24 hours.

Price

  • A clip costs $9.90 on the standard model, and your first clip is $6.99 (the first-clip price is for the standard model only). The first-clip price applies to the first clip you pay for from this browser. If that clip fails and is refunded, your next clip is still $6.99. The Premium model (Seedance 2.5 by ByteDance) costs $14.99 per clip. The price is shown on the pages of this site and at checkout before you pay.
  • If a clip fails, the payment for it is refunded to your original payment method (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay). A failed clip is not retried on another model.

Delivery and sound

A clip is usually ready within 30 minutes of payment. If we cannot make it, the order counts as failed and nothing is charged, or its payment is refunded. That covers a technical failure and a video that is still not ready 30 minutes after payment. It also covers two kinds of refusal: our photo check refusing your photo, and the video model refusing the order for safety or copyright reasons (a copyright refusal concerns the reference clip of the trend, not your photo). The clip comes with the trend's sound, for personal sharing; each platform's music rules apply to what you post. In the rare case the sound cannot be added, the clip is delivered silent and the order page says so. A silent clip is not a defect.

Your content and what you let us do with it

You keep your rights in the photos you upload. You confirm that you own them or have the right to use them, and that every person in them agreed to appear and is 18 or older. You give us a limited licence to store your photos and send them to our model providers solely to make your clip and support your order. We do not use your photos to train any model, and we do not share them for any other purpose. Our main model provider keeps its own copies of uploaded files for about 14 days. Photos and clips are deleted on the schedule in the privacy policy.

The output, and the AI label

The clip is AI-generated, and its order page says so. We claim no ownership of the clip you receive. It is for your personal, non-commercial sharing. Commercial use is allowed only if you have the rights to the underlying trend material (its music, footage and any characters); we do not grant those rights. When you post a clip, say it is AI-made, for example with the platform's AI label. Do not remove or hide that fact to make a clip look real.

Acceptable use

These rules apply to every photo you upload and every clip we make. Firestarter Dance makes short AI-generated clips of one social-media trend from photos that buyers upload. The photos are the only thing a buyer supplies: the instructions sent to the AI model are fixed by us, and buyers cannot type their own. By ordering you agree to these rules.

What is not allowed

Do not upload a photo, order a clip, or use a clip for any of the six kinds of content below. Each one is also a reason for us to refuse an order or delete a clip.

  • Pornography and sexual content: nude, sexually explicit or fetish content, or a photo uploaded to make such a clip; sexualising a real person, with or without their consent; placing someone's face or body into sexual material.
  • Violence and gore: graphic injury, torture, mutilation or death of a real person; clips made to threaten, intimidate or frighten a named person; content that glorifies self-harm, suicide or terrorism.
  • Hate speech and harassment: content that attacks people for race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or nationality; bullying or humiliating a person, including using their photo to mock them; hate symbols or propaganda for hate groups.
  • Content unsafe for children: any photo of a person under 18, even with a parent's permission (our automated photo check flags photos that may show someone under 18, and we may remove clips made from them); any sexual or suggestive content involving a minor, or anything that appears to, which we remove at once and report to the authorities; content that exposes children to harm or grooming.
  • Impersonation and misleading clips: using a photo of a real person who has not agreed to appear in the clip; presenting a clip as real footage to mislead people, for example fake news, a fake endorsement, or a false statement attributed to someone; impersonating a public figure, a business or an official, or using a clip for fraud or scams.
  • Copyright and trademark infringement: uploading a photo you do not have the right to use; selling or passing off a clip as an official work of an artist, studio, brand or platform; using brand logos or characters you do not own in a way that implies endorsement.

Consent and likeness

  • Upload a photo of a person only if they agreed to appear in the clip. You confirm this when you order.
  • Everyone in a photo must be 18 or older.
  • Public figures may appear only as clear parody, at your own risk, and never to mislead, endorse or sell.
  • Photos of pets are fine.

What we do

  • The model providers' safety filters. Every generation request, and its output, passes the safety filter of the model provider that runs it, with its NSFW check enabled. Content the filter blocks is not delivered, and the payment for that clip is refunded.
  • No free-text prompts. The instructions sent to the model are fixed by us. Buyers supply photos only.
  • Copyright check on the provider side. The model providers refuse reference material they detect as copyrighted. We do not retry such an order, because the same request would be refused again; its payment is refunded.
  • Human review. We review every user report by hand.

No filter is perfect. If something gets through, tell us.

How to report content

Write to hello@firestarterdance.com. Put "Report" in the subject and include: the order id, or the link to the clip (the address begins with /order/); which of the six categories above it breaks, and a line on why; and, if you appear in a clip without agreeing, say so. You do not need to prove who you are to start a report. We read this mailbox every business day. We answer within 2 business days and tell you what we decided. Clips showing a minor or sexual content are removed first, before we reply.

Enforcement

Depending on how serious the breach is, we may refuse an order; delete a clip and the photos it was made from; and report illegal content to the authorities. A delivered clip that we remove for breaking these rules is not refunded. An order the safety filter refuses before anything is delivered is not charged, or is refunded if already paid (see refunds).

Appeals

If we acted on your order and you think we got it wrong, write to hello@firestarterdance.com within 30 days with the order id and your reason. We review it again by hand and answer within 5 business days. If we got it wrong, we refund the order.

Refunds

The rules are on the refunds page and apply to every order. Please write to us before you open a dispute with your bank.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". The model rebuilds the people in the clip from your photos. We do not guarantee that the clip looks like them, or that it is free of AI errors. We do not guarantee that the trend stays available, or that a platform keeps a sound or accepts a clip. The service may be switched off at any time; if you have paid for a clip that cannot be made, the payment is refunded.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages. Nothing here limits a right you have that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We can refuse orders and delete content that breaks these terms or the acceptable use rules above, as described there. You can appeal by email.

Governing law

Firestarter Dance is operated by an independent developer in Japan. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the last update, and orders you have already paid for stay under the terms you bought them under.
